CM Nayab Singh takes oath as MLA from Karnal

Assembly Speaker Gian Chand Gupta administered the oath to the CM

Haryana CM Nayab Singh today took oath as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Karnal. This follows his victory in the Karnal Assembly by-election, held concurrently with the Lok Sabha General Elections 2024 in Haryana on May 25. The oath was administered by Assembly Speaker Gian Chand Gupta.
Expressing his gratitude, CM said, "I heartily thank the people of Karnal for their immense faith in me. Their support indicates that in the upcoming state assembly elections in October, the BJP will secure a substantial majority in Haryana under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi. Following the principle of 'Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas', we will maintain the same momentum in advancing Haryana as we have done for the past nine and a half years, he added.
Deputy Speaker of the Vidhan Sabha Ranbir Gangwa, Industries and Commerce Minister Moolchand Sharma, Energy Minister Ranjit Singh, Public Health Engineering Minister Banwari Lal, Health Minister Kamal Gupta, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Bishambar Singh, MLAs Leela Ram, Mohan Lal Badoli, Narender Gupta, Satprakash Jarawata, and Director General of Information Public Relations Languages and Culture Department Mandip Singh Brar were also present on this occasion.
