Twelve officers and personnel of the Punjab Police will be honoured with the President’s Police Medals on the occasion of Independence Day for their distinguished and commendable service.
Inspector Baljit Singh has been selected for the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service.
In addition, 11 officers and personnel will receive the President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Service. The awardees are:
