On the occasion of Republic Day, one Haryana Police officer will be awarded the President's Police Medal for Distinguished Service and eight other policemen will be awarded the Police Medal for Meritorious Service.
Expressing happiness over this important achievement of the officers and jawans, Haryana DGP Shatrujeet Kapoor said the recognition received at the national level for the tireless and continuous efforts of the officers and employees of the Haryana Police is a matter of pride for the entire police force.
Giving information, a spokesperson of Haryana Police said Additional Director General of Police Saurabh Singh, Head of Haryana Intelligence Department, will be awarded the President's Police Medal for Distinguished Service.
The officers who have been awarded Police Medal for Meritorious Service in Haryana Police include Deputy Superintendent of Police Indrajit Singh, Intelligence Department, Gurugram, Inspector Vishwajeet, Intelligence Department, Charkhi Dadri, Inspector Vipin Kumar, Police Academy, Madhuban, Karnal, Sub-Inspector Mohan Singh, Telecom, Panchkula, Sub-Inspector Ranbir, Special Task Force, Karnal, Sub-Inspector Omprakash, Scene of Crime, Hisar, Sub-Inspector Narendra Kumar, Headquarters, Intelligence Department, and Assistant Sub-Inspector Jagtar Singh, Chief Minister Security Desk, Intelligence Department, Haryana.
