Advertisement Issued for CET Phase-II Recruitment to 5,500 Haryana Police Constable Posts

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission has issued Advertisement No. 01/2026 inviting online applications under CET Phase-II for the posts of Haryana Police Constable (Male, Female and Haryana Railway Police). Under this recruitment advertisement, a total of 5,500 posts have been notified, including 4,500 posts of Male Constable, 600 posts of Female Constable and 400 posts for Haryana Railway Police. This information was shared by the Commission’s ChairmanHimmat Singh.

He informed that the online application process will begin on January 11, 2026 and will remain open till January 25, 2026 up to 11:59 PM. No application fee will be charged from candidates belonging to any category. The detailed recruitment advertisement is available on the official website of the Commission.

Himmat Singh stated that for candidates belonging to BC-A, BC-B and EWS categories, the supporting certificate must have been issued between April 1, 2025 and January 25, 2026. For candidates of DSC and OSC categories, the supporting certificate must have been issued after November 13, 2024 and up to the last date of submission.

He further informed that for family members of Ex-Servicemen (ESM), the eligibility certificate must have been issued or renewed after January 12, 2025.The Commission Chairman clarified that candidates who had earlier applied under Advertisement No. 14/2024 will also be required to submit a fresh application for this recruitment process, and they will be granted age relaxation as per rules.

The dates for downloading admit cards and the examination schedule will be announced separately by the Commission at a later stage. Himmat Singh appealed to all eligible candidates to carefully read all the instructions and annexures mentioned in the advertisement before applying and to ensure that the application process is completed well before the last date.

 He specifically urged candidates to fill the application form themselves and not to apply through any CSC centre or other intermediaries. He clarified that if an application is rejected due to any error, no correction portal will be opened for rectification. Such applications will be treated as final and automatically rejected. Therefore, candidates are advised to fill the application form themselves with utmost care to avoid any mistake.
