Air India will operate two daily round trips between Delhi and Ludhiana’s Halwara Airport under its winter flight schedule, effective October 25, 2026. The revised timetable will provide passengers with morning and afternoon travel options between the national capital and Punjab’s major industrial city.

According to the winter schedule, flight AI 481 will depart from Delhi at 9.50 am and arrive at Halwara at 11.05 am. The return service, AI 482, will leave Halwara at 11.40 am and reach Delhi at 12.55 pm.

The second daily service will operate in the afternoon. Flight AI 483 will depart from Delhi at 2.35 pm and arrive at Halwara at 3.55 pm. Its return flight, AI 484, will leave Halwara at 4.30 pm and reach Delhi at 5.45 pm. The revised timings will come into effect from October 25 as part of the winter schedule.

Revised Timings to Support Business and Personal Travel

The Delhi–Halwara air link is important for Ludhiana, a key industrial and commercial centre in Punjab. The service provides a direct air connection with the national capital, helping business travellers, industrialists and residents avoid longer journeys by road or rail.

The two daily round trips also give passengers a choice of travel windows, depending on their schedules. The route is particularly relevant for people travelling to Delhi for meetings, commercial work, personal commitments and onward journeys.

Delhi Connectivity Opens Access to Wider Air Network

Delhi serves as a major domestic and international aviation hub. Passengers travelling from Halwara can use Delhi as a connecting point for onward journeys, subject to flight availability and connection timings.

Air India began commercial operations between Delhi and Halwara on May 15, 2026, becoming the first airline to launch services from the airport. The airline introduced the route to improve connectivity for Ludhiana and neighbouring areas.

Passengers should check the latest flight timings and availability with Air India before departure, as schedules may be subject to operational changes. The winter timetable is scheduled to take effect on October 25, 2026.
