Chandigarh Police Inspector and Anti-Narcotics Task Force station house officer Harminderjit Singh’s son, Jujhar Singh, has brought laurels to the country by winning a gold medal at the Asia-Oceania Rink Hockey Club Championship 2026 held in China.

Jujhar represented the Mordialloc Roller Hockey Club from Melbourne, Australia, in the international tournament. He delivered an outstanding performance throughout the competition, scoring 11 goals and playing a key role in his team’s title-winning campaign.

His impressive contribution helped Mordialloc Roller Hockey Club clinch the championship. Jujhar has previously represented Australia at the international level and has already won two gold medals while playing for the country.

With his consistent performances in rink hockey, Juzhar has established himself as a promising international player at a young age.

Following his gold-medal triumph in China, Jujhar now faces another major challenge. His club has qualified for the World Club Championship, which will be held in Spain. He will represent Mordialloc Roller Hockey Club at the prestigious tournament.

After scoring 11 goals in China, expectations are high for Jujhar to deliver another strong performance in Spain. The World Club Championship will feature clubs from several countries, giving him another major opportunity to showcase his talent on the international stage.
