Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini while chairing the District Public Relations and Grievances Committee meeting in Gurugram on Thursday issued strict directions to the officers concerned to ensure cleanliness in the district. He said that special attention should be given to cleanliness in the city to make Gurugram clean and beautiful. He said that during the next month's meeting, he would personally see the steps taken by the officers concerned to ensure cleanliness in Gurugram. Ensure that the general public should not face any problem due to unclean surroundings, said Saini.
The Chief Minister said that ensuring hasslefree delivery of public services is the utmost priority of the state government, therefore the officers of all departments must visit the field to ensure that the services are provided to the public without any delay, no laxity will be tolerated. Strict action will be taken against any officer if complaints are received from the citizens, said Saini.
During the meeting, a total of 23 grievances were tabled before the Chief Minister, of which 19 were resolved on the spot. The Chief Minister directed the officers to submit the status report of the remaining complaints tabled in the meeting.
