CM Saini chairs High Powered Works Committee meeting

Contracts totaling Rs 109.30 crore approved in the meeting

An Ultra-Modern Fire Station will be established in the Municipal Corporation area of Panipat at a cost of Rs 17.85 crore. Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini approved contracts totaling Rs 109.30 crore during the meeting of the High-Powered Works Committee (HPWC) held under his chairmanship today. Negotiations with various bidders during the meeting resulted in a significant cost saving of Rs 6.92 crore.

 Approval was also given for the installation of new LEDs and the replacement of existing street lights with energy-efficient LED street lights, along with a Centralized Control and Monitoring System (CCMS) Panel for a smart lighting system in Yamunanagar, at a cost of Rs 16.50 crore. Additionally, the implementation of a smart street light system within the limits of the Municipal Corporation of Ambala, which includes replacing conventional street lights and installing new LED luminaires integrated with the Centralized Control and Monitoring System (CCMS), was approved at a cost of Rs 14.70 crore.
