Haryana Transport Minister, Sh. Anil Vij has said that an inquiry has been directed into the Yamunanagar bus accident, and strict action will be taken against anyone found responsible.
Vij said this while interacting with the media regarding the tragic bus incident that occurred in Pratap Nagar, Yamunanagar, Vij said that senior officers of the transport department have been directed to thoroughly examine all possible causes of the accident — whether it was due to a technical fault in the bus or driver negligence. He said that action will be taken against those found guilty.
It may be recalled that earlier this morning, a few girl students slipped and fell while boarding a bus in Pratap Nagar, Yamunanagar. One student lost her life in the mishap, while others sustained injuries and are undergoing treatment.
