US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has declared Punjab-based Major Singh wanted over his alleged links to the Jaggu Bhagwanpuria Organized Crime Group, which the agency describes as a transnational criminal organization.
According to the FBI, Singh is allegedly involved in criminal activities connected to the group, including cases involving racketeering and firearms-related conspiracies. The organization has reportedly operated in the Central District of California and other parts of the United States.
FBI says the Jaggu Bhagwanpuria Organized Crime Group originated in Punjab and later expanded its network to California and other areas in the US. Investigators have accused the organization of involvement in organized criminal activities, illegal firearms trafficking and drug-trafficking conspiracies.
Singh is wanted in connection with alleged crimes linked to the organization. The FBI has released his details and photograph as part of its efforts to locate and arrest him.
According to FBI records, Major Singh was born on July 20, 1997, and is an Indian national. He is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs around 182 pounds. He has black hair and black eyes.
FBI has urged anyone with information about Singh's whereabouts to contact their nearest FBI field office, US embassy or consulate.
The allegations against Singh have not been proven in court, and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
