A tribute ceremony was held at Raj Bhavan, Shimla, on the fourth death anniversary of former Governor of Rajasthan and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Padma Vibhushan Kalyan Singh.
Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla offered floral tributes before the portrait of Kalyan Singh and paid his heartfelt homage. C.P. Verma, Secretary to the Governor, along with officers and staff of Raj Bhavan also joined in offering tributes.
On the occasion, the Governor recalled Kalyan Singh’s significant contribution to the nation, society, and public welfare, stating that his life and service will always be remembered with respect.
A two-minute silence was also observed in his memory.
