5th Edition of Power Conclave Held in Shimla

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Himachal Pradesh organized the 5th Edition of the Power Conclave on October 4, 2024, at Hotel Holiday Home, Shimla. This year's theme, "Harnessing the Green Potential for Sustainable Future," focused on advancing sustainable energy solutions and promoting Himachal Pradesh as a leader in renewable energy.
The conclave was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri Rakesh Kanwar, Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh and Secretary for Multi-Purpose Projects and Power, Non-Conventional Energy Sources.
The event featured a session dedicated to "Harnessing Himachal Pradesh's Green Potential," where industry leaders, policymakers, and environmental experts discussed innovative strategies to enhance renewable energy production in the region. Participants explored various avenues including hydroelectric power, solar energy, and other non-conventional sources that can significantly contribute to the state's economy while preserving its rich ecological heritage.
