The Haryana unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has carried out a major organisational reshuffle to further strengthen the party at the grassroots level. The party has appointed new in-charges for all 27 organisational districts and has also handed over the responsibility of Kurukshetra district president to Ramesh Saini.
The newly released list reflects the party’s focus on assigning experienced and active workers to key organisational positions. The BJP believes the new team will help accelerate organisational activities, improve booth management, and strengthen preparations for upcoming political programs across the state.
Special Focus on Women Leadership
The reshuffle also gives significant importance to women leadership. Four women office-bearers have been appointed as district in-charges:
Rajbala Advocate – Sonipat
Meena Chauhan – Gohana
Pratibha Suman – Hansi
Latika Sharma – Faridabad
Party leaders said the appointments are aimed at increasing women’s participation in organisational and political activities.
Ramesh Saini Named Kurukshetra District President
The BJP has officially appointed Ramesh Saini as the new district president of Kurukshetra. Former district president Tajinder Singh Goldy was removed from the post after an audio clip allegedly related to a job transaction went viral.
Following the controversy, the party had taken disciplinary action and entrusted Saini, who was serving as district general secretary, with the responsibility on an acting basis about a month ago. The new state president has now issued the formal appointment letter confirming his position.
Focus on Strengthening Booth-Level Structure
According to party sources, the primary objective behind the new appointments is to strengthen organisational coordination and ensure that BJP activities reach the booth level more effectively. District in-charges will act as a link between the organisation and party workers, oversee campaigns and programs, and play an important role in keeping the cadre active and engaged.
The reshuffle is being viewed as an important step by the Haryana BJP to consolidate its organisational network and prepare for future electoral and political challenges in the state.
