The Haryana government has declared Bollywood actress and Member of Parliament Kangana Ranaut’s much-awaited film Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata tax-free in the state.

Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini made the announcement during a special screening of the film held in Chandigarh on Saturday. The decision comes after the film was earlier granted tax-free status in Delhi, allowing audiences in Haryana to watch it at reduced ticket prices.

The special screening was attended by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini along with actress Kangana Ranaut. The Chief Minister’s wife, Suman Saini, several cabinet ministers, Members of Parliament, and MLAs were also present at the event.

Speaking after the screening, the Chief Minister said the film promotes patriotism and carries a positive social message. He added that the government decided to make it tax-free so that it could reach a larger audience across the state.

Expressing her gratitude, Kangana Ranaut thanked the Haryana government for its decision. She said the tax exemption would help the film connect with a wider audience.

Interacting with the media, the actress praised Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini for his efforts toward women’s empowerment and said that making the film tax-free was also an encouraging step for artists and the film industry.
