Counseling for NEET UG 2024 can start from July 6. According to the information, youth can take admission in various UG courses including MBBS, BDS in medical colleges of the country. According to an information, there are a total of 1,06,333 MBBS seats in 386 government and 320 private colleges of the country. On the other hand, more than 23 lakh students had registered for the NEET UG exam this time. This year the NEET cutoff is very high.
If a student is unable to get admission in government medical colleges of the country, then there are also opportunities to study abroad. Private colleges in the country charge fees ranging from Rs 50 lakh to Rs 1 crore for a five and a half year MBBS course. Along with this, the cost of MBBS studies in countries like China and Kyrgyzstan is only 5 to 10 lakhs.
According to the information received from the study abroad platform Leap Scholar, the fees for MBBS in Kyrgyzstan is 5-10 lakhs, China 5-12 lakhs, Sweden 6-15 lakhs, Poland 10-20 lakhs and Russia 15-30 lakhs. The MBBS course in Kyrgyzstan is of five years. Along with passing 12th, NEET UG exam is also necessary. Whereas MBBS in Russia is completed in six years, which includes five years of study and one year of residence. 12th should be passed with 70 percent marks with Physics, Chemistry, Biology. On the other hand, like China, MBBS facility is also available in Sweden, this European country. It includes a five-year course and one year of internship. Along with NEET, one of the language proficiency exams like SweSAT, IELTS, TOFEL is required. However, Russia also has a 5-year MBBS + 1 year internship. NEET qualification is required for admission in the universities here.
