In an effort to further boost the employability and entrepreneurial skills of the Punjab’s youth in response to the changing job market landscape, the PSDM has signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Raina Education Foundation in the presence of Punjab cabinet Minister Aman Arora, here on Monday.
The MoU was signed by Mission Director of PSDM Amrit Singh (IAS) and Shveta Raina, Head, Raina Education Foundation, sister concern of Talerang. This partnership aims to have a significant impact on Punjab's workforce by offering assessment, career training, skill development, internships and placements.
Commending the entire department for progressing towards its objective of empowering Punjab's youth with skills, Aman Arora highlighted that this partnership signifies a substantial stride towards establishing a skilled and job-ready workforce in Punjab, in line with the overarching goal of fostering sustainable employment prospects and economic development. The department has been actively working to facilitate job opportunities for Punjab's youth and prepare them for future career endeavours.
