The wait for Class 12 students in Punjab is finally coming to an end as the Punjab School Education Board has officially announced the date for the Intermediate examination results. The Punjab Board will declare the Class 12 Result 2026 on May 13, 2026.

After the declaration of results, students will be able to check and download their scorecards online through the official website of the board. This year, more than 2.65 lakh students appeared for the Punjab Board Class 12 examinations, which were conducted from February 17 to April 4, 2026.

Around 2,200 examination centres were set up across the state for the exams.

The board officials will release the results during a press conference, where details such as overall pass percentage, district-wise performance and names of toppers will also be shared. However, the exact timing for the result announcement has not been disclosed yet.

Students have been advised to keep their roll numbers ready in advance to avoid any inconvenience while checking their results online once the scorecards are activated on the portal.

The Punjab Board will also release the toppers list this year. In the previous session, student Harsimrat secured the first position in the state by scoring a perfect 500 out of 500 marks, while Mandeep Kaur and Arshit jointly secured the second position with 498 marks.

Meanwhile, keeping in mind the growing mental pressure among students during result season, the board has also launched a psychological support helpline. Students experiencing stress, anxiety or concerns related to examination results can contact the toll-free helpline for counselling and support. The initiative aims to help students remain calm and positive during the result period.
