Punjabi film The Great Punjab Robbery is set to release in cinemas on August 7. Ahead of the release, actor Raj Kundra, along with the entire star cast, visited Sachkhand Sri Darbar Sahib in Amritsar to seek blessings for the film’s success.
The team offered Ardas, bowed at the holy shrine, and also participated in serving chilled water to devotees as part of seva.
Addressing the media, Raj Kundra responded to concerns surrounding the film’s title. He clarified that The Great Punjab Robbery was not intended to send a wrong message, but to showcase Punjab’s greatness and the intelligence of its people.
Kundra revealed that he is playing the role of a journalist in the film and said the movie’s biggest strength is its suspense. He added that the real meaning behind the “robbery,” the reason for reaching the bank, and the mystery surrounding the plot will only be revealed when the film releases on August 7.
He expressed confidence that audiences will enjoy the film’s thrilling storyline and suspense-filled narrative.
