Gurugram court has denied relief to Punjab Cabinet Minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjeev Arora, rejecting his bail plea and refusing to grant him bail. With this decision, he will remain in judicial custody until June 26.

Gurugram Court pronounced its order after reserving the judgment earlier, bringing an end to the hearing on the bail application.

Arora was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on May 9. The arguments from both sides in the bail hearing were completed on June 8, after which the court had reserved its verdict. The latest ruling means he will continue to remain in jail for now under judicial custody.
