Mundian and CS hands over certificates to 51 promoters/builders

Punjab government’s commitment to providing transparent, hassle-free, corruption-free services to the residents of the state, Housing and Urban Development today organised an exclusive and first camp of its kind and issued clearance certificates to 51 colonizers related to real estate.
Cabinet Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian and Chief Secretary KAP Sinha handed over colony licences, completion certificates, partial completion certificates, letters of intent, zoning plans, building plans, promoter registration certificates and lay-out plans to 51 promoters/builders.
Mundian said that Chief Minister Mann’s led government has organised such a special camp for the first time today to settle the pending works of people related to real estate. The second such camp will be organized at the end of November. He said that the department is committed to settling the works of promoters/developers with transparency on a priority basis. He said that an e-mail transparency.hud@gmail.com has been created for this purpose, on which any complaint can be made directly.
Mundia asked the promoters/developers to give full support to this initiative of the government and try to provide maximum and high-level facilities to the residents in the projects being developed.
