Tejgyan Foundation, widely known for its “Happy Thoughts” initiative, organized a grand Silver Jubilee Meditation Festival today in Chandigarh, marking 25 years since its inception. The event was a celebration of spirituality, meditation, and self-awareness. The special occasion was graced by the presence of Kuldeep Kumar, Mayor of Chandigarh, and Dr. Rajesh Bhaskar.
During the program, Mayor stated, "This initiative by Tejgyan Foundation is a valuable step towards bringing positive change in society. It has the ability to guide us in a new direction. I congratulate the Foundation on its 25 years of success and look forward to its continued inspiring efforts in the future."
The program commenced with Avinash Khot from Tejgyan Foundation introducing the founder, Tejguru Sirshree, and his spiritual contributions. He emphasized that in order to bring stability and peace in the outer world, one must first experience inner peace. He highlighted the significance of meditation as a means to achieve stability and true happiness in life.
An inspirational video based on the teachings of Tejguru Sirshree was also showcased during the event. The video covered the importance of meditation, its techniques, and explored the profound question "Who am I?".
