Actor Thalapathy Vijay has reportedly made a strong entry into Tamil politics, with claims emerging that his party TVK has won more than 110 seats in the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. While these results are being widely discussed, official confirmation from the election authorities is still awaited.
Amid the political excitement, social media users have been linking Vijay’s success to what they are calling his “lady luck,” actress Trisha Krishnan. Interestingly, Trisha’s birthday has added to the online buzz. Reports also suggest that she recently visited the Tirumala temple before arriving at Vijay’s residence.
Vijay, 51, is one of the biggest stars in Tamil cinema, while Trisha Krishnan is often referred to as the “queen of South Indian cinema.” The two have worked together in around five films, including the 2023 blockbuster Leo.
During the time of Leo’s release, Vijay’s personal life was also under media attention, as reports claimed that his wife, Sangeeta Sornalingam, was involved in divorce proceedings. According to media reports, she had alleged extramarital affair claims in her petition, though no names were mentioned. Vijay and Sangeeta were married in 1999 and have two children.
