Punjab-based textile manufacturing company Trident Limited has been awarded the prestigious Gold Trophy in the Highest Global Exports category at the TEXPROCIL Export Awards 2023-24 held in Mumbai. The honour was presented by Nirmala Sitharaman during the award ceremony.
The award recognises Trident’s outstanding contribution to India’s textile export sector and highlights the growing global presence of Indian textile companies. TEXPROCIL, the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council, honoured top-performing exporters for their excellence in international trade.
Expressing happiness over the achievement, Rajinder Gupta said the recognition reflects the company’s strong commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable growth. He added that Trident’s continued success showcases the increasing strength of India’s textile industry on the global stage.
Gupta further stated that such achievements help strengthen the country’s international identity and contribute towards the vision of a Viksit Bharat.
