Unprecedented educational advancements in Haryana: Three schools in Hathin Block to be  upgraded

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said that over the past ten and a half years, unprecedented progress has been made in the field of education reform across the state. He highlighted that this year’s budget included a promise to establish a Sanskriti Model School every 10 kilometer an initiative the government has successfully fulfilled .

The Chief Minister was responding to a question related to the upgradation of  schools in Hathin block during the ongoing monsoon session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha here today. He said that the proposals for upgrading Government Secondary School Sapanki, Government Secondary School Maluka, and Government Girls Secondary School Swamika are currently under consideration of the state government.

He said that, according to the norms, the required student strength for upgradation at Government Secondary School, Sapanki in Hathin block is 210, while the actual enrollment stands at 227. He added that administrative approval for the school's upgradation has been granted by the competent authority, with a relaxation in the prescribed norms. Similarly, administrative approval also with relaxed norms has been granted for the upgradation of Government Secondary School, Maluka, and Government Girls Secondary School, Swamika in the Hathin block.

He said that the government is committed to ensuring the adequate teaching staff in schools. The Haryana Public Service Commission has been asked to initiate the recruitment process, and additional teachers will be deployed to schools soon.
