Giving the information here today, Principal Secretary, Labor Department, Rajeev Ranjan said that this service will facilitate quick and easy access to help centres, ESI dispensaries and hospitals and labor offices. The trouble of locating the facilities established for the benefit of workers will be eliminated. Our aim is that every worker can avail the necessary benefits without any hassle.

He said that this is an important step of the department towards easing the accessibility between workers and service centres. Generally, due to lack of knowledge of the workers, they were not able to avail the services. He said that this reflects the commitment of the Labor Department towards digital empowerment of workers, incorporating technology into governance in areas like labor welfare.

He said that through this, the locations of various facilities like Labor Department offices, help centres, ESI dispensaries and hospitals have been included. With this, information about all areas related to the department will be available to the workers on a single portal.
