If clumps of hair start falling out every day while bathing as soon as you touch your head, then you are shocked, but it is not that there is no cure for it. In today's time, graying of hair and hair fall is a common problem. Almost everyone is troubled by this. There was a time when graying of hair and hair fall were considered a sign of increasing age, but now there are some other reasons for this. However, whatever the reason, hair fall and breakage can be prevented.

Make sure to include protein and vitamins A, B, C, D and E in your diet. Along with this, start eating sources of iron and zinc.

To strengthen hair, choose shampoo according to the need of the hair. Use shampoo only after seeing whether the hair is dry, oily, frizzy or there is dirt accumulated on the scalp.

Hair fall is also caused by dandruff. In such a case, use anti-dandruff shampoo. Washing hair with curd also removes dandruff.

Do not pull and tie the hair to one side everyday. Hair breaks due to pulling it many times. Comb the hair gently and tie it loosely.

For hair strength, heat coconut oil in a bowl and add curry leaves and cook till it turns black. When the leaves turn black, remove the oil from the flame and heat it slightly one hour before washing the hair and massage the head with this oil.

Never brush wet hair as it increases the speed of hair fall and the hair becomes weak and starts breaking. Comb the hair only after it dries thoroughly.
