Suspended DSP of Punjab Police Jagdish Bhola, arrested in the case of drug smuggling worth crores of rupees in Punjab, has said that the case of drug smuggling registered against me should be investigated by CBI. If I am found guilty, I should be hanged. Bhola said that I have become a victim of politics. All the people who were with me in the case have come out of jail but I am not even being given bail.
It is worth noting that Jagdish Bhola's father Balshinder Singh has passed away. Jagdish Bhola was granted bail by the special CBI court of Mohali to attend the funeral from 11 am to 2 pm. Jagdish's father died on 24 July.
