Haryana Government has decided to implement 187 new projects worth more than Rs. 62.21 crore under Rural Augmentation Water Supply Programme, Sewerage and Sanitation & Mahagram Yojana in 8 districts namely Ambala, Karnal, Yamunanagar, Panchkula, Panipat, Bhiwani, Faridabad and Jind.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal today accorded administrative approval for these projects to be implemented by the Public Health Engineering Department here today.
Giving more information in this regards an official spokesperson said that new works include Laying of D.I Water supply Pipe lines due to replacement of old damaged AC/PVC Pipe lines in village Baknaur, Distt. Ambala at an estimated cost of Rs. 73.55 lakh, Laying of D.I Water supply Pipe lines due to replacement of old Damaged AC/PVC Pipe lines in village Ballana, Distt. Ambala at an estimated cost of Rs. 71.89 lakh, Laying of D.I water supply pipe lines due to replacement of old Damaged AC/PVC Pipeline in village Jandheri, Distt. Ambala at an estimated cost of Rs. 66.22 lakh, Laying of D.I Water supply Pipe lines due to replacement of Old Damaged AC/PVC Pipe lines in Village Jansui, Distt Ambala at an estimated cost of Rs. 66.8 lakh, Laying of D.I Water Supply pipelines due to replacement of Old Damaged AC/PVC Pipelines in Village Kangwal, Distt. Ambala at an estimated cost of Rs. 72.22 lakh, Laying of D.I water supply pipe lines due to replacement of old Damaged AC/PVC Pipe line in Village Mallour, Distt Ambala at an estimated cost of Rs. 62.87 lakh, Laying of D.I water supply pipe lines due to replacement of old Damaged AC/PVC Pipe line in Village Naidali, Distt Ambala at an estimated cost of Rs. 53.57 lakh.

Ambala at an estimated cost of Rs. 78.03 lakh, Laying of D.I Water supply Pipe lines due to replacement of old damaged AC/PVC Pipe lines in village Sullar, Distt. Ambala at an estimated cost of Rs. 68.13 lakh, Providing water supply facility and drilling of tubewell in 4 villages (Dera Dhandarpur-I, Dera Dhandarpur-Ii, Dera Sherpur and Dera Ganga Singh), Distt. Karnal at an estimated cost of Rs. 78.84 lakh, Providing water supply facility and drilling of PVC Tubewell in village Uplana, Assandh at an estimated cost of Rs. 32.17 lakh, Laying of DI pipeline in parallel of old existing AC/PVC pipeline in village Sohlun, Nilokheri, Distt. Karnal at an estimated cost of Rs. 23.37 lakh.
