AAP leader Pawan Tinu appealed govt to conduct a vigilance inquiry

The Aam Aadmi Party has accused the son of Congress party's candidate for Jalandhar west Surinder Kaur of land scam. The party said that her son Karan misused his mother's position as Senior Deputy Mayor and took financial advantage of it.
Exposing this in a press conference on Sunday, AAP leader Pawan Kumar Tinu said that Coca-Cola Company had 125 marla land in Deol Nagar. Earlier, Coca-Cola had a depot on that land. The company had it registered as commercial land. When Surinder Kaur was the senior deputy mayor, her son Karan had bought that land from Coca-Cola Company. Now he is illegally selling that commercial land by making residential plots. AAP leader Rajwinder Kaur Thiara was also present with Tinu in the press conference.
Tinu said that the documents submitted for his NOC are also fake. He also showed documents with Karan's picture to the media and said that this is a living example of misuse of power and corruption.
He said that there is a sewerage problem in the entire Jalandhar city but Surinder Kaur, being the senior deputy mayor, connected that land to the sewerage system without the permission of the corporation because her only motive was to earn money.
