Punjab Health Minister Dr. Balbir Singh, during a gathering in Ludhiana, expressed his gratitude and admiration for AAP's National Convenor, a visionary leader who has initiated groundbreaking reforms in education and healthcare across the nation. He commended Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann for his relentless dedication, which has brought a new sense of energy and enthusiasm to Punjab's development. Kejriwal, Mann, Punjab President Aman Arora, Cabinet Ministers, AAP MLAs and many AAP leaders were present on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Balbir Singh stated, “Under visionary leadership of our respected Mann, 881 Aam Aadmi Clinics have been established, providing free medicines and medical care to over three crore patients, of whom 1.25 crore are unique beneficiaries. These clinics have saved ₹1,200 crore in out-of-pocket expenses for the people, a testament to the government’s commitment to public welfare.”
Highlighting the strides made in secondary healthcare, Dr. Balbir Singh said, “For the first time in Punjab, all government hospitals are equipped with free medicines. This initiative is transforming healthcare delivery across the state.
