The Indian hockey team performed brilliantly and registered a thrilling 5-4 win over Argentina in the FIH Hockey Pro League on Sunday. Captain Harmanpreet Singh scored a brilliant hat-trick in the match. The team has once again raised hopes of an Olympic medal for India. According to the information, apart from Harmanpreet, Arijit Singh Hundal and Gurjant Singh scored goals for India. Federico Monza, Nicholas Keenan, Tadeo Marucci and Lucas Martínez have scored one goal each for Argentina.
On the other hand, India started well and maintained their dominance for most of the first quarter and with accurate passing, the Indian team reached Argentina's boundary. However, Argentina scored the first goal and India also scored their own goal with a brilliant field goal by Arijit. India also got a penalty corner, but could not get any benefit from it.
