Consumers often book a second LPG cylinder before their current one runs out to avoid any inconvenience. However, delays in delivery can sometimes leave households without cooking gas, causing unnecessary stress. To address this issue, gas companies are now offering live tracking facilities that allow customers to monitor the status of their cylinder deliveries from home.
Once a cylinder has been booked, customers can check its delivery status online through official mobile applications and websites. The tracking feature enables users to find out whether the cylinder has been dispatched and estimate the time it will take to reach their doorstep.
Users of HP Gas can access delivery updates through the HPGas app, while Indane customers can use the IndianOil ONE app. Bharat Gas consumers can track their orders through the Bharatgas App. After logging in, customers simply need to visit the “My Booking” or “Track Order” section to view real-time delivery information.
For those who do not have access to a smartphone or face internet connectivity issues, gas companies also provide SMS-based tracking services. Bharat Gas customers can send “LPG” to 7715012345, HP Gas users can send “HPGAS” to 7903105555, and Indane customers can send “REFILL” to 7718955555 to receive booking and delivery updates.
The initiative aims to make LPG services more transparent and convenient, reducing the need for customers to make repeated inquiries or visit distributors for delivery-related information.
