Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare J.P. Nadda was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi after he reportedly felt uneasy and complained of discomfort on the evening of August 13.
He was taken to the hospital immediately, where a team of specialist doctors began a detailed medical examination without delay. According to hospital sources, the evaluation included several cardiac-related tests, including an angiography, which is used to assess the condition of the coronary arteries and rule out any serious heart-related complications.
AIIMS officials said that all necessary medical protocols are being followed and that Nadda’s condition is currently stable, providing relief to his supporters and colleagues. He has been kept under special observation in the cardiology department, where doctors are continuously monitoring his health.
Senior officials are also understood to have visited the hospital to inquire about his condition. Medical experts said the angiography was an important precautionary step to ensure that there were no significant abnormalities in the heart’s blood vessels.
