The controversy surrounding the alleged attack on popular educator Faisal Khan (Khan Sir), widely known as Khan Sir, has taken a new turn after Patna Police added his name to the FIR related to the firing incident outside his coaching institute.

Initially, Khan Sir had lodged a complaint accusing the director of Gyan Bindu Coaching of involvement in the attack. However, following a review of video evidence and further investigation, police have now named Khan Sir in the case registered at Kadamkuan Police Station under provisions of the Arms Act and other related charges.

The development comes after a video allegedly showing gunfire during the incident surfaced online. Earlier, police had arrested and sent to jail three individuals, including Gyan Bindu Coaching Director Roshan Anand. Two security guards associated with Khan Sir were also arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

According to police officials, investigators found discrepancies in the information initially provided regarding the firing incident. Town DSP-1 Rajesh Ranjan stated that misleading information was allegedly given about the firing, leading to the registration of a case under the Arms Act and charges related to providing false information.

Several videos linked to the incident have emerged since the controversy began. One viral clip reportedly showed two of Khan Sir’s security guards firing weapons. Following the video's circulation, police questioned the guards and later interrogated Khan Sir as part of the investigation before arresting the guards.

Police sources further claim that attempts were made to conceal bullet pellets recovered from the scene after the firing outside the coaching centre. Investigators believe these findings contributed to the decision to include Khan Sir's name in the FIR.

Despite the latest development, senior police officials have emphasized that the investigation is still underway. Authorities say further details will be shared after a comprehensive review of the evidence, and all actions are being taken based on material collected during the probe.
