The Sports Department of Haryana had invited applications for the year 2023-2024 to provide cash awards and scholarships to national/international-level medal winners/participating players for sporting achievements from January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, the last date for which was fixed as July 30, 2024. The players of the state who could not apply during this period have been given another opportunity to apply. Such players can now apply till January 10, 2025.
Giving information, a government spokesperson said the sample of application form for award and scholarship
is available on the department's website www.haryanasports.gov.in. Eligible players can fill the application
form and submit it along with necessary documents at the district sports office by 10 January, 2025 till 5 pm.
After this stipulated date, the application form of any player will not be accepted.
