Under the dynamic leadership of CM Mann and the visionary guidance of Local Govt Minister Dr. Ravjot Singh, significant strides have been made to transform and enhance the infrastructure of Punjab's cities, with Ludhiana emerging as a prime example of this progress.
In Ludhiana, a total of 85 infrastructure projects, amounting to a substantial Rs. 930 crore, have been conceived. These projects are set to revolutionize the city's infrastructure, boost quality of life, and bring modern solutions to long-standing urban challenges.
A remarkable 65 projects, valued at Rs. 712.86 crore, have already been completed, covering a wide range of development initiatives. Key achievements include the construction of Railway Over Bridges (RoB) and Railway Under Bridges (RuB) on Pakhowal Road, Water Front Development along the Sidhwan Canal, the introduction of Smart eClassrooms, the development of Malhar Road as a Smart Road, and the establishment of a Municipal Command & Control Center for enhanced surveillance and security.
