The Online learning and distance education admissions for the January 2024 session have commenced at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). The last date for admission is January 31, 2024.
Sharing more details in this regard, the university spokesperson said that IGNOU is the most renowned central university in India. Admissions are accepted twice a year at IGNOU - for the January session and the July session. The admission process for the January 2024 session has now begun.
The spokesperson said that IGNOU's objective is to enhance the knowledge of students and provide them with opportunities for upliftment. The university is working to deliver quality higher education to students in remote and rural areas.
Students who, due to merit or other reasons, cannot enroll in regular colleges or universities can easily pursue education through IGNOU and obtain degrees. Working professionals can also continue their higher education through distance learning at IGNOU and enroll in any of the university's programs, shared the spokesperson.
The spokesperson further informed that IGNOU offers admission in various types of programs, including certificates, diplomas, postgraduate diplomas, and undergraduate, and postgraduate programs.
