Cabinet Minister Harbhajan Singh, has stated that the Punjab Government is committed to completing the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) projects. For this, Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has held meetings at his level also and all issues will be resolved soon. He dismissed the notion that there is a problem with land acquisition in the state. He assured that the relevant lands will be acquired and handed over to NHAI soon.

Today, he made a surprise visit to Government Senior Secondary Smart School Janer, Government Primary School Patti Roopa and Government Primary School Moga-1. He had a Mid Day Meal with school students. On this occasion, MLA Dr. Amandeep Kaur Arora, MLA Amritpal Singh Sukhanand, MLA Manjeet Singh Bilaspur, MLA Davinderjit Singh Laddi Dhos, Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Sarangal, and others were present.

While talking to journalists, Harbhajan Singh said that the Punjab Government's top priority is to bring reforms in the education sector. Emphasis is being laid on strengthening the basic infrastructure of education for the better future of the state. He said that three new schools have been built in Moga city alone.
