Explanation notice issued to ADC-Charkhi Dadri for negligence in work

Dr Saket Kumar, Additional Principal Secretary to Haryana Chief Minister, has said that strict action will be taken against officers and employees who are negligent regarding the complaints received on CM Window. He directed the officers of the Citizen Resource Information Department to improve their score within the next 15 days and submit a report to the Chief Minister's Office.
Dr Saket Kumar was chairing a review meeting of nodal officers related to CM Window (Complaints) in
Chandigarh today. He took cognizance of a complaint related to Charkhi Dadri district and also directed to
issue an explanation notice to the ADC, Charkhi Dadri.
He issued instructions to the Director of the Services Department to inform about the action taken by fixing
the responsibility of the concerned officer for not undertaking a complaint related to the Services Department
pending since 2021.
The Additional Principal Secretary took feedback regarding the complaints related to various departments and
also instructed everyone to resolve the complaints promptly. During this, he said there should be no
negligence in resolving complaints at any level.
