Supreme Court's big statement on NEET-UG exam, read what it said

The Supreme Court has made a big statement during the hearing of the petitions filed on the NEET-UG paper leak case. The High Court has said that the paper must have been leaked, but some facts are also needed to confirm it. The Supreme Court has also said that it has to be seen whether the disturbance has taken place on a large scale or has been limited to a few places.

According to the information, the bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud said during the hearing of the petitions related to this that in a situation where the integrity of the examination has been violated and it has also affected the entire process. It is not possible to segregate the beneficiaries from the rest of the students. In such cases, re-examination can be ordered. It is not right to order re-examination for 23 lakh students.
