Today, on June 6, the 40th anniversary of Operation Blue Star is being celebrated. Sangat has been thronging Sri Darbar Sahib and Sri Akal Takht Sahib since morning. Today, many places are being organized to commemorate the martyrdom days that began on June 1. Sangat is paying obeisance to the Sikhs who were martyred in this operation by bowing their heads in the Gurughars. On the other hand, the police has also made special arrangements for this day.

According to the information, supporters of Sarabjit Khalsa, Simranjit Mann, Dal Khalsa have raised slogans of Khalistan.
