Transport Minister resolves 12 out of 15 complaints during the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee meeting

Haryana Transport Minister and Chairman of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee Mool Chand Sharma resolved 12 out of 15 complaints during the committee's monthly meeting held in Sonipat today. During the meeting, he directed the officers concerned for the prompt resolution of the remaining complaints.

The complaints discussed during the meeting were of various departments such as public health engineering, urban local bodies, police, and social welfare. Before the committee meeting, the Transport Minister encouraged people to adhere to traffic rules by displaying a green flag to a road safety awareness vehicle.

Later the Minister also interacted with the media persons and highlighted the Transport Department's commitment to making the National Capital Region (NCR) pollution-free. He said that the facility of 375 electric buses for the NCR will be started by the department in January 2024.
