Haryana's cabinet minister Anil Vij, congratulated Sanya Panchal, daughter of village Rukhi in Sonipat district, for running a marathon from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
Anil Vij welcomed Sanya at Ambala Cantonment and praised her remarkable achievement. He highlighted India's diversity, emphasizing that despite differences in religion, language, and caste, the nation remains united. As an example, he mentioned that coconuts grown in Kerala are offered at the Vaishno Devi temple in Jammu and Kashmir, symbolizing the unity of the country. He further stated that this marathon stands as a powerful representation of India's strength and unity.
During the occasion, Vij also announced an incentive of Rs 1 lakh from his discretionary fund as a token of appreciation for Sanya's extraordinary feat. The Transport Minister said that people are trying to disintegrate us, but there is something that "our existence will not fade away". We are one and together we can face all the problems by clenching a fist.
