Applications for obtaining a new ration depot license in Haryana can be made from today until August 8, 2024.
Giving more information in this regard, an official spokesperson said that the Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs Department of Haryana will issue licenses for new ration depots under the Public Distribution System (Licensing and Control) Order, 2022. Interested individuals can apply online for the new depot through the Antyodaya Saral Portal. Any applicant from the concerned ward or village who is between 21 to 45 years old, has at least a 12th-grade education, and possesses computer knowledge can apply.
He mentioned that the process of issuing a license for a fair price government shop will be completed within the stipulated time frame of 30 days, as per the Right to Service Act, 2014. Directions have already been issued to all District Food and Supplies Controllers regarding this.
Furthermore, he informed that applicants can fill out the application for a new ration depot for the available positions shown on the Antyodaya Saral Portal from today, July 24 until August 8, 5:00 PM.
