Results announced for 104 Punjabi TGT posts ; Results for 3,200 Group D posts also released
Applications for 1,456 PRT posts open until August 21, 2024

HSSC Chairman Himmat Singh, stated that the Commission said that the Commission is committed to completing the recruitment process for 50,000 posts. As part of this effort, the Commission has announced the results for Group D and Punjabi TGT posts. The results for the remaining 3,200 Group D posts under Advertisement No. 1/2024 have been also declared.
Apart from this, results for 104 Punjabi TGT posts under Advertisement No. 5/2023 have also been announced. This will benefit students studying Punjabi in districts adjacent to Punjab, such as Sirsa, Fatehabad, Kaithal, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Ambala, Yamunanagar, and Panchkula.
He also said that the Commission has issued an advertisement for 1,456 Primary Teacher (PRT) posts. Eligible candidates can apply through the Commission's website until August 21, 2024.
Himmat Singh emphasised that recruitment for the vacant teaching posts, as requested by the government, is being conducted. Appointment letters have been sent to 640 Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) in Nuh, a district considered educationally backward.
