Chief Minister chairs key meeting with officers regarding Jan Samvad

Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini on Saturday chaired a key meeting with the officers regarding Jan Samvad. During the meeting he directed the officers concerned to ensure that the redressal of public grievances and problems should be handled with seriousness and priority. Special attention should be given to complaints related to the basic amenities of the public. No negligence should be shown in resolving these issues, he directed.
The Chief Minister said that he himself will monitor the progress. He said that the primary objective of the state government is to provide timely solutions to the people's problems. The government is working with full seriousness and promptly in this direction, said Saini.
He further directed the officers concerned that Administrative Secretaries themselves should review the resolution of complaints and ensure that the public receives quick and transparent solutions.
The Chief Minister said that the education system should be further strengthened, especially ensuring the availability of basic facilities such as toilets, electricity, and drinking water in government schools in rural areas. He said government schools will be upgraded so as to provide quality education and the Chirag yojana will be implemented effectively.
He directed the officers concerned to ensure that the beautification of Amrit Sarovars is done in the villages. Along with this, regular cleaning and timely repairs of these Sarovars should be ensured so that villagers can have a clean environment and these Sarovars also prove effective in local water conservation.
The Chief Minister said the main goal of the state government is to ensure holistic development of the state. With this perspective, all development works should be prioritized, and budget for them should be released promptly. There should be no delay in ongoing and proposed development works in the state, and every task should be completed on time with quality, directed Sh. Nayab Singh Saini.
