New Delhi: Precious metal prices witnessed a decline in early trade on Dhanteras, offering some relief to festive buyers and investors.
In the domestic market, gold prices fell by ₹1,820, or 1.26%, to trade at ₹1,42,640 per 10 grams. Similarly, silver prices declined by ₹2,680, or 1.43%, to ₹1,84,860 per kilogram.
The decline in gold and silver prices could provide a fresh buying opportunity for retail customers planning festive purchases as well as long-term investors.
