Himachal Pradesh CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu celebrated his 62nd birthday on Thursday at his official residence, Oak Over, where a large number of supporters gathered to extend their wishes.
Marking the occasion, the Chief Minister cut a 62-kg cake, while supporters showered him with flowers using a drone. He thanked everyone and reiterated his commitment to working in the best interest of Himachal Pradesh.
The celebration also featured cultural moments, as Sundar Singh Thakur, MLA from Kullu, performed the traditional Nati dance. The Chief Minister and his supporters later joined in.
Earlier in the day, Sukhu took part in a marathon organised by Secretariat employees, promoting fitness and a healthy lifestyle. He was accompanied during the celebrations by his wife, Kamlesh Thakur, and their daughter.
