The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has officially declared the Class 10 examination result for 2026, bringing relief and excitement to lakhs of students across the state. Students who appeared for the HP Board matriculation exams can now check their results online using their roll numbers on the official website. Along with the results, the board also released the list of toppers, where girl students dominated the merit rankings this year.
Anmol, a student of AVM Senior Secondary School, Pehra Kangra, secured the first position across Himachal Pradesh by scoring an outstanding 699 marks. Her remarkable achievement has brought pride to her school and family, while celebrations were seen among teachers and classmates.
The second position was jointly secured by three students with 698 marks each. Abhinav Mehta from Government Senior Secondary School, Rapoh Misran Una, achieved the second rank. Alongside him, Purnima Sharma of Rajkiya Kanya Senior Secondary School, Bilaspur, and Ruhani Dhiman from Government Senior Secondary School, Rapoh Misran Una, also secured second place with equal marks. Their excellent performance has become a major talking point in the state’s education circles.
The competition for the third position was equally impressive. Ashvika Sharma, a student of Neelam Public Senior Secondary School, Bihadhu (Bijhri), scored 697 marks to secure third place. Alisha Thakur from Oxford School, Kotli, also obtained 697 marks and shared the third rank in the state merit list.
After the announcement of the results, celebrations erupted in several schools as students, parents, and teachers expressed happiness over the excellent performances. Sweets were distributed in many educational institutions, and toppers were honored for their achievements.
The HPBOSE Class 10 result this year once again highlighted the growing academic excellence among students in Himachal Pradesh. Successful students will now move ahead toward higher education with new hopes and opportunities for their future careers.
