Complaints of bad food in railway's expensive ticket trains are not new. According to the information, the railway has made up its mind to take action on the complaints of passengers about the poor quality of food and overcharging in mail-express trains. Along with ordering surprise inspection of the catering service, the Railway Board has also formed a team. In this, officials of the medical department will check the quality of food, officials of the commercial department will check overcharging and officials of the mechanical department will check the safety equipment.
Surprise inspection will be done till 28th
According to the information, this inspection has been started in trains from 14th June in many railway divisions. The catering service of many mail-express trains including premium trains Rajdhani, Shatabdi will be checked. This surprise inspection in these trains will be done till 28th June.
